    On the morning of October 9, 2016, the signing ceremony of "The 2017 New Couples of Sri Lanka Royal Wedding Ceremony" was held in Beijing. Liu Bingji, director of the China Wedding Customs Culture Committee and director of Beijing Bingji Marriage Education Science and Technology Research Institute, was awarded the "China-Slovakia Tourism The Memorandum of Understanding, the “Sri Lanka Royal Wedding Ceremony” activity project group, was invited to serve as the director and general planner of the “Sri Lanka Royal Wedding Ceremony” expert committee. The "Sri Lanka Royal Wedding Ceremony" is an important part of the "China-Slovakia Tourism Cooperation Memorandum" in 2016. It is a model project for cultural tourism cooperation between the two countries and the two countries. The two parties signed the project cooperation agreement.
